- En olla antiadherente para no añadir aceite poner la carne agregar la cebolla en polvo, ajo, sal y comino, cocinar a fuego medio. Mover constantemente para que no se agrume. Cuando haya cambiado de color agregar la sal y las papas. Mezclar y agregar las rajas.
- Tapar y cocinar todo junto por unos 12 minutos a fuego medio bajo.
