- Calienta tu sartén y baja la flama casi al mínimo y con un cucharón, viértelo al centro de sartén y en el aire, gíralo para que se distribuya uniformemente la mezcla, no te preocupes, no harás acrobacias!!! (A menos que te sientas con suerte!)
- Tal como van saliendo del sartén, unta el paté de alcachofa o el hummus en toda la superficie de la crepa, agrega el guiso de espinacas solo en la mitad de la superficie de tu crepa y dobla, quedará como una quesadilla, vuelve a untar el paté de alcachofa sobre la crepa y agrega un par de láminas de atún ahumado, cierra la crepa por sus extremos y presenta!!!
