Una receta de crépes muy buenos, esta receta la hice por primera vez una tarde de invierno que nos juntamos unos pocos de amigos para tomar café e hice estos crespes que gustaron un montón.

- Ahora es cuando con un brazo batidor o de turmix lo mezclamos todo, hasta que se quede todo bien integrado.
- Una vez este todo integrado, fundimos la mantequilla y se la añadimos y la integramos bien a la mezcla.
- Solo queda dejar reposar la mezcla en la nevera bien tapada, durante 15 o 30 minutos.
- Una vez haya pasado el tiempo de reposo, con un cazo cogemos un poco de nuestra mezcla y la echamos en el centro de nuestra sartén antiadherente o sartén para crepes,bien caliente y , girando e inclinando la sartén, repartimos nuestra masa por toda la superficie.
- Ahora la dejamos 1 minuto hasta que lo podamos despegar y le podamos dar la vuelta para que se haga por los dos lados, cuando la tengamos dorada le sacamos a un plato y proseguimos hasta que terminemos con toda la masa.
NOTA: antes de echar la masa a la sartén, os aconsejo que engraséis con un poco de mantequilla para que no se os peguen.
La masa no esta muy dulce, por lo que cuando la vayamos a servir con chocolate, nata, caramelo, sirope de arce que esta riquísimo o incluso mermelada, no nos va a empachar tanto.
