- Colocamos en una olla o sartén agregamos la manteca y llevamos al fuego una vez caliente agregamos de golpe la harina y formamos como una masita, la cocinamos unos minutos hasta dejarla medio dorada, de a poco vamos agregando la leche y revolviendo la misma ira absorbiendo la leche hasta q se integre todo,lo hacemos así hasta colocar la totalidad de la leche,una vez q colocamos todo solo revolvemos hasta q rompa hervir salpimentamos y retiramos del fuego,agregamos la crema mezclamos bien
