- Rellenar cada crêpe con picadillo de setas, envolverlas sobre sí mismas y reservar, en sitio caliente.
- PARA LA SALSA: En una sartén, mezclar la nata liquida con el coñac y el resto de las setas que hemos reservado. Dejar reducir la salsa hasta que se haya espesado un poco. Yo he pasado la salsa por la batidora.
- Emplatar las crêpes y ponerles la salsa por encima.
