El día de hoy les traigo una receta muy pero muy fácil que es el Espagueti Verde. Es ideal para acompañar con pollo a la plancha, empanizado o con lo que a ti más se te antoje.

  13. Aceite

Instructions to make to make Espagueti Verde

  1. 1.- En una olla, hervir agua con sal. Agregar la pasta, el ajo, las hojitas de laurel y un chorrito de aceite. Y cocer por 12 min o hasta que este al dente.
  2. SALSA: 1.- Tatemar los chiles poblano, pelarlos y los vamos a picar en trozos grandes, (no importa que no te queden perfectos, los vamos a licuar).
  3. SALSA:2.- En una cazuela (donde vayas a hacer tu espagueti), agregar mantequilla, sofreír cebolla, ajo, los granos de elote.
  4. SALSA:3.- Agregar los chiles y una cda de harina.
  5. SALSA:4.- incorporar el caldo de pollo y cocinar por 5 min.
  6. SALSA:5.- licuarlo todo y regresar al fuego. Y rectificar sazón.
  7. Cuando tengas lista tu salsa, agregarás el espagueti cocido y lo integrarás perfectamente a tu salsa.
  8. Servir y decorar con queso de mesa.
