  3. Dejamos reposar la masa 1h (es opcional, si tienes prisa puedes pasar a la cocción) para que queden más ricos
  4. Preparamos la crepera o una sartén. Calentamos y añadimos unas gotitas de aceite o un poco de mantequilla, retiramos los excesos con un pinzel o un trozo de papel de cocina
  5. Procedemos a cocer la primera crepê
  6. Ponemos masa en la crepera, no mucha (5-6 mm)de alto pero que cubra toda la superficie
  7. Esperamos un minutito y giramos la crepê. (Al principio cuesta pero con práctica se hace en un momentito)
  8. Cuando veamos aparecer las primeras burbujitas retirar del fuejo. Y listo
  9. Ahora toca rellenar. Es un punto que va muy al gusto, se pueden rellenar de dulce o de salado. Chocolate, mermelada, dulce de leche, helado, queso, jamón cocido, jamón serrano... hay multiples combinaciones
  10. Una vez rellena toca disfrutaaaar mucho.
