Sobre la carne colocar los aros de cebolla rebanada y rociad sobre este lado poco más vinagre de los chiles, ahora encima colocad los tacos o rebannadas de queso fresco de cabra u obeja ( yo usé queso fresco de cabra Horizon® Organic Fresh Goat Cheese) y sobre éstas las rajas de chile jalapeño o de vuestra preferencia.
  5. Del otro lado de la bocata la parte más cóncava, colocad el resto del aguacate rebanado en la base, sobre ella la rúgula (arúgula) y el tomate
  6. Sobre el aguacate colocar el solomillo de res o de ternera cubriendo bien en forma uniforme. Cerrad vuetras bocata. Servid o envolver en papel encerado si es para llevar. ¡Que Aproveche!
